Our new addition, Jock, is settling in to his new home. It's been 17 years since we had a puppy in the house but he's a great wee dog - really smart and eager to please. He's so affectionate and is just such a cool dude. He's now 10 weeks old and almost ready to go out into the big world and I can't wait to show him off. Thanks to Lorraine and Malcolm for taking such good care of him during his first few weeks. We will send plenty of pictures of his progress.

Lorraine told us up front we were first reserve and she would keep us well informed if a pup became available. She sent regular e-mails on the pups progress and was true to her word when someone cancelled at the last minute by giving us first option. By keeping in touch all parties were confident in the decision process and ensuring the best interests of Lotty. We are now proud owners of our third bundle of fun but equally proud that Lorraine chose us and we will certainly keep in touch. Lorraines approach is not only helpful, and totally informative but also completely professional and the pups interests were always her top prioirity. The starter pack is worth a mention as well - nothing is left to chance and although raising a pup should be like riding a bike ie you never forget, it has been 5 years for us and the pack covered every eventaually so even first timers will get off to the best start. Mother and father in tip conditon and the pups are a credit to them both.

We have just picked up Tubbs one of the Jack and Tilly's pup's. After looking at a number of breeders, Lorraine was by far the best. We have been really impressed with her commitment to and the care of her puppies. Jack and Tilly are of an amazing nature and really well looked after, as are all of the pups. I've never seen litter of puppies that are so cuddly, confident and so well built. I would highly recommend Lorraine as a breeder, she couldn't have been more hospitable, knowledgeable and helpful. Any pups from her litters will be wonderful pets in any home. Thanks Lorraine for all your help and advice we are delighted with Tubbs.
